Double Chocolate Mint
Delicious Chocolate cookie that has the perfect balance of mint and chocolate! These cookies smell so good while they are baking, bet you wont be able to wait until they are cool to eat them.
Mix ½ stick Room Temp. Butter, ½ teaspoon Vanilla & 1 Egg. Add ½ of package and stir together, Add remaining packet and stir until blended. Chill for 10 minutes. Make into Walnut sized balls, Bake at 375 on a ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 14 minutes
